GoPro ANZ – Hero10 Swag Bag Promotion

Terms and Conditions  

  1. These terms and conditions relate to the GoPro ANZ Purchase a GoPro Hero10 Black and enter to win 1 of 5 GoPro Swag Bag prize Packs Promotion (“Promotion”).  Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of this Promotion, and entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.   
  2. The promoter is GoPro ANZ & CDB Media New Zealand Limited. 
  3. The Promotion commences on June 2nd 2022 and will end at 5pm on June 15th 2022 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted. 
  4. To enter the competition, you must purchase any genuine GoPro Hero10 Black Camera from Torpedo7 New Zealand, either online or instore and submit your entry at www.mygopro.nz  by providing your contact details and a photo of your receipt showing the items purchased, total value, and the date.
  5. You may enter 1 time.  Multiple entries will be deleted.
  6. Winners will be selected at random. There will be 5 Winners in total and prizes will be as outlined below. 
  7. Prizes cannot be varied and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  8. Redemption of prizes is only open to residents of New Zealand. 
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever by or to any person in connection with the Promotion or with winning or benefiting from a prize.
